What Thyra does
Every thyroid result, followed over time
TSH, free T4 and antibody results turn into structured results you can track across years, each explained in plain language. You can see how your levels moved after a dose change.
Your medication list and pill reminders
Thyra lists your medications from your records, adding pharmacy fills where the records show them. A reminder in your own words, like “remind me every morning at 6:30 to take my thyroid pill,” arrives in the app and by notification.
Answers drawn from your results
Ask whether your TSH has settled, and the chat replies from your own results. Before you rely on it, a second check reads the answer against the evidence.
One history you can share
Records requested through Carequality and TEFCA join whatever you upload, and Thyra flags what may be missing. Your endocrinologist or family can see your profile when you choose to share it.
What makes Thyra different
Results from different labs, side by side
A single lab's portal shows the results that lab ran. Thyra brings results from different labs and doctors into one history, so the pattern across years and dose changes is easier to see.
The pattern across years
A short appointment usually looks at today's number. Thyra keeps the earlier ones beside it, in a history that updates as new records arrive.
Works with the assistant you use
Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, if you already use one, can be connected to Thyra. It reads your records, labs and medications only with your permission, and you can cut it off at any time.
Who uses Thyra
- People with hypothyroidism
- People with Hashimoto's
- People whose dose recently changed and who want to see how their levels moved
- People whose thyroid results are spread across a family doctor, an endocrinologist and several labs
The team behind Thyra
Arun Verma co-founded Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.) in Pasadena, California, after a 2023 brain tumor diagnosis had him comparing his own results and reading the research by hand. He is its CEO; his co-founders are Justin Balthrop and Jonathan Grubb, the latter a builder of consumer products at OpenTable and Bird. Thyra, made by Triangle, brings that side-by-side reading to people whose TSH has been checked for years.

Frequently asked questions
Is Thyra made by a thyroid clinic?
No clinic makes it. Thyra is a Triangle service that gathers TSH, free T4 and other thyroid results from different doctors and labs into one history and explains them, and Triangle holds your account and records.
What does Thyra cost between blood tests?
Thyra's 7-day free trial, card required, rolls into $9 a month, the same whether you're tested every few weeks or once a year. Cancel in any month, and your results stay yours.
Will Thyra change my dose?
No. Your dose and your care are decisions for you and your clinicians. Thyra gives research and educational support, and diagnosing, treating and prescribing are outside what Triangle does.
Can my AI assistant read my thyroid results in Thyra?
Yes, if you connect it. ChatGPT, Claude and Grok each plug into https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp using MCP, you decide which parts of your profile they see, and there's a walkthrough for each at trianglehealth.com/agents.
Are my thyroid results safe with Thyra?
Each TSH result and record sits encrypted at rest and travels encrypted in transit, under Triangle's HIPAA compliance. No advertiser or data buyer ever gets them, and your profile opens only for the people you choose.
My results come from different labs over many years. Can they all come in?
Many can: Carequality and TEFCA, the networks Triangle uses, reach many hospitals, clinics and labs, though not every one. For the rest, upload what you have: old lab PDFs, photos of printed results, discs or faxes.
Does Thyra keep a symptom diary?
No, there is no symptom log in Thyra. It holds your results, medications and records and answers questions about them.
Can my endocrinologist see my results?
Add them to your profile and they can see your results. Who else sees the profile, or helps manage it, is your call, family included.
